The Staff was very nice, the location was good and the room was clean.
The room smelled stranged, too much airfreshener?! The french fries were horrible, probably the worst I have ever eaten, the spare ribs were ok.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in recommending a guide for safaris. The hotel was situated close to all the places I wanted to visit. I could walk to many entertainment options nearby, or easily access transportation to further destinations. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of dishes to choose from. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with lots of parking available.

Service kindness, good food.
Too much light in the bedroom at night (even with curtains extended). Need to take taxi every time needed to go to the city. I think that the Sica's owners should make a deal/agreement with taxis (small vans) that go to the city and are used by the natural residents of that area. That agreement could relate to safety and even price.

Breakfast is delicious and satisfying, with plenty of choices. the decor is tasteful and well-maintained, and the view is stunning.

Uno de los mejores aspectos de este hotel fue la limpieza impecable de todas sus instalaciones. Además, las dos piscinas del hotel eran grandes y estaban muy bien cuidadas.
